In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial of 84 postmenopausal women, researchers compared black cohosh with placebo over 8 weeks. At week 8, the black cohosh group had a 12.9-point greater reduction in total Greene Climacteric Scale menopause-symptom score than placebo (95% Cl - 16.2 to -9.3). Improvements were also reported across vasomotor, psychological, physical and sexual symptom domains.

Ashwagandha

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, 60 menopausal women aged 45–55 received either ashwagandha root extract or placebo for 56 days.

Key Clinical Findings

Maca Root

A randomized double blind, crossover pilot trial for 4 months was conducted for  20 perimenopausal women aged 41–50 who took 2 g of Maca-GO daily or a placebo for 2 months, then switched treatments for another 2 months.

A randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial in 50 healthy pre and postmenopausal women, aged 44-65 years who received dong quai  or placebo twice daily for 3 months.

    I ordered of their "Over 30 Support"..

    I ordered of their "Over 30 Support" supplements last week and the tracking showed they were delivered on the 18th in my mailbox and have not received them. I emailed customer service and they promptly replaced my order! Customer service is impeccable!

    The impossible is now possible!

    I began taking the Over 30 Hormone Support and was blown away. I was sceptical at first as other Menopausal products were an absolute fail but after reading the reviews I was sold. The scales didn't budge but I was definately feeling more comfortable in clothing, calmer and energised.

    Since this product worked so well for me I added the Meno Belly Flusher, Meno Shred Fat Brner and the Carb Blocker. In 2 weeks, I have dropped 2.7 kg's and the cellulite has melted away.

    My only issue is the courier company. They left my package in an unsecure location and it was stolen. When I was addressed this with Gleefull Supplements I was told that they would re ship my products free of charge ASAP.

    Customer service is exceptional as are the products.
